Yes, USCIS and ICE will investigate, sometimes. lol. In my case, they did nothing. But for others, there is hope. The best thing to do is NOT marry someone for a card, paper money, or other material possession, in the first place. Again, the best thing to do is avoid jumping in to the hole, from either side. Avoid it.
