Sometimes, an American marries the wrong person…an immigrant looking to use and defraud the American spouse. Sometimes the fraud is sniffed out, and reported, and caught. Other times, they are not caught.
You can report Immigration Marriage Fraud, directly, to Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE). If you are the American spouse being defrauded, our first advice is for you to compile the most evidence you can to help prove that you are being defrauded by a deceptive immigrant spouse, and take that evidence directly to your local ICE office, and deliver the evidence IN PERSON. Give them your evidence, file your report, and ask for a number you can call to check in on the status of your report.
