A girl (on work permit visa) as well as her family (overseas) kept pressuring me to get married to her, only after meeting her twice, and to sponsor her greencard right away so she can quit her job and move. I filed for her greencard, she withdrew the petition for no reason and then forced me to go for marriage counseling or she would never move in with me (4+ months of marriage). Then we again filed for her gc, she moved in the day she was getting the greencard, stole it and ran away from home!

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. My simple advice is this: If there is even a thought that leads you to question your spouses actions, or even the slightest suspicion, chances are…you’re being duped.

Follow the “Signs & Signals” page on this site. It is up to US to protect ourselves, we can not rely on local, state and federal agencies.

You could compile a folder of evidence and bring it directly, in person, to your local ICE office in your State. The only thing you can do is report it. You could also contact an attorney for information regarding annulment of the marriage. If your immigrant spouse is as blatant in her disregard for the law as you have stated, you may have a shot at annulment. Good luck.
