Immigration Marriage Fraud

My boyfriend of over a year was married but they decided to stay married to get the woman he was married to her papers. she has not got them yet because she barely started doing the paperwork . they do have one kid together and were married for over four years, they do not live together, and hardly speak or see each other. The only time they speak or see each other is when he visits the baby. He and I live together . Even are on the lease to our apartment together. If they were to get caught would their be consequences?

I doubt anyone is going to lift a finger over this. So, my only advice to you is to protect yourself from people who are willing to lie, cheat and deceive, for whatever reasons. Remember, YOU create your own “reality”. So, if you partner with those who do shady things to others, you must be conscious and aware that the person may also be willing to do the same to you. Use discretion when dealing with liars, and question relationships with those who hold marriage in such low regard. - IMF
