If someone gets married to obtain VISA (green card) with a verbal agreement that the immigrant will pay for everything rent, lawyers. but now that person had an affair with someone else and is now living with them, putting everything under their name and becoming a con artist... how does the law help the person being a victim of a con artist tho the person has not realized yet since they do not know the truth on how that person used another for papers... I believe these people should go back..

Ultimately, a victim is the only one who can make themselves no longer a victim. It’s their choice to broaden their perception and help themselves. But, you can inspire them to realize truth by compiling evidence to prove your suspicions. Report directly to the local ICE office in your State. -IMF
