Hello, I met my husband 4yrs ago, he doesnt have his papers so i was alittle iffy about being with him, but he told me its not even about his papers so i went with it. We were together for 4yrs before he asked me to marry him which was last yr feb.14,2011 so we recently had our anniversary. But now he is changing and wanting his green card, visa or whatever the process is. He is now saying that he wants a divorce and wants to pay someone to get his stuff. He has a visa that expired 2016

Hello. First of all, you should do everything you can to PROTECT YOURSELF! Contact an attorney IMMEDIATELY. You must present the facts, including if you believe you were married under false pretenses. This should also be reported to your local ICE office, as your spouse has admitted to his willingness to, at the very least, conspire to commit immigration marriage fraud by marrying someone else and paying them for their “services” of helping him acquire a Green Card. Please, call any attorney. - IMF
