Immigration Marriage Fraud

My sister in law wedded my brother (arrange marriage). until she got her green card and then passport the it was a happy wedding and she had no complaints whatsoever and everything is perfect. Now there is a child too who is 2 years old. Ever since she got her U.S passport she has changed and the marriage is a failure according to her. 1st she tried to run away to Spain when the baby was 1 year old but somehow came back because of her parents presure. Recently she is unahappy again and even now have affairs in the U.S and outside as well. She doesn’t care about her kid or anything else. What is the best option for us.

it is very unfortunate but true that we were not aware of it.

Her whole family is involved in this sort of immigration fruads. This is their 3 instant: they marry to a person and spend a considerable time with them until they get somthing permanent and then ditch that person and marry with someone after they get their status

Now she has a U.S citizenship: is there anyway we can report it and turn it around I am sure its too late?

Hello. Sorry to hear of such unfortunate circumstances. This seems like just another example of humans putting material possessions, status, and money above genuine love, care and compassion. Arranged marriages are obsolete, antiquated, and not to mention…..silly. When your mind still operates on an obsolete thought process, you wind up doing things that can find you in dire situations such as this. You can always compile evidence to prove your case and provide it to your local ICE office in your State, but this train seems to have moved on past any consequence. Our best advice to you, as well as everyone else, is to better use your mind, “upgrade your operating system”. In other words, learn to use more brain tissue, and from it, you will become a better human being, thus avoiding such situations as this. - IMF
